Last year, we honoured creative, responsible catering concepts that combine sustainability, quality and a strong guest experience.

Finalists: Buchnas Landhotel Saarschleife (village kitchen), Restaurant Silberstreif (Ritter von Kempski Privathotels GmbH)
In this category, we are looking for just such concepts: restaurants that live responsibility, develop ideas and set real standards with innovation. The winners receive visibility, recognition and access to a network of thought leaders in the industry.
