Each award category is available as a “powered by” partnership only once and can be booked exclusively by one partner.

When booking an award category in combination with a Future Lab partner package, the price is reduced to 2,900 EUR.

Questions about becoming a partner

You can simply fill out our partner form or contact us directly. We offer you various packages to present your company in the best possible way.

As a partner of the GreenSign Future Lab, you will already gain visibility before the event through our website and our social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn), reaching both our community and the event participants.

On site, you will have numerous opportunities to connect with industry professionals. In addition, you can showcase your company with an exhibition space that you are free to design and equip according to your needs.

Yes, we offer greater flexibility this year. You can tailor your partner package entirely to your needs. Decide for yourself how you want to participate: join the Get-Together and the Future Lab day, attend only the Award Night, or be part of the entire event. Simply book the elements that suit you best and create a package that aligns with your goals.

It is also possible to tailor the partnership individually according to your wishes and needs. We would be happy to discuss a customised package with you.

It is also possible to distribute giveaways or products on site. However, it is very important to us that these products are as sustainable as possible and that they not only have a one-off use, but are also as durable as possible. However, there will be no goodie bag.

In principle, we are open to working with any company. What matters most is that the company can identify with our event and its values. As the event addresses the hospitality industry, it is also beneficial if the company has a target audience within this sector.
