On 24 November the second GREEN MONARCH Award as part of the GreenSign Future Lab at the Hotel Bristol Berlin. The evening will showcase the projects that demonstrate what sustainable transformation in the hotel, catering and tourism industry means in concrete terms.
Once again this year, we are presenting the award in four categories: Hotel, Restaurant, Personality and Product. We are looking for initiatives with substance. Concepts that not only sound good, but also work. The public response last year was strong. 23,000 votes in the online voting have shown how great the interest is. Our goal is clear: even more participation, even more visibility for the best projects.
The jury will once again include Prof Dr Carolin Steinhauser and Prof Dr Christian Buer. New are Petra Hedorfer,Marco Voigt and Jana Schimke. They stand for professional depth, a strategic view and an international perspective.
The GREEN MONARCH Award not only honours. It makes visible who takes responsibility and is prepared to set new standards.
Find the right category for your project that best reflects your contribution to sustainability. There is a choice: Hotel, Restaurant, Product or Personality - each with its own focus.
After your submission by 31 May 2026, our jury will evaluate the applications and select a shortlist in each category by 15 July 2026. This will be published on 1 August 2026. The online voting will start from this date and end on 24 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. The award ceremony with the announcement of the winners will take place on 24 November 2026 as part of the GreenSign Future Lab's Award Night at the Hotel Bristol Berlin.
